Do you only fund E&P projects, or would you fund refineries, service-related projects, O&G infrastructure, ect?

Although our "sweet spot" is E&P, we will consider other O&G related projects.

Are there any geographical areas that you will not fund?

Yes. We will not fund projects that are located in countries/territories that are considered hostile to the United States, countries/territories that have known ties to organized terrorist networks, or countries that are politically unstable.

What are the minimum and maximum amounts that you fund?

Our minimum is $10 million, and our maximum is unlimited.

Do you actually fund the projects with your own money, or are you brokers/intermediaries?

Depending on the project (size, geographical location, and other factors), we may fund the project using our own resources, we may syndicate our resources with our strategic capital partners, or we may broker the deal out to one of our capable capital sources.
